Yahoo Sports’ Jason Cole has graded the teams in this weekends draft, and the Browns have earned a “C”.  Here is the breakdown from Cole. 
Picks: LB Beau Bell, TE Martin Rucker, DT Ahtyba Rubin, WR Paul Hubbard and DE Alex Hall
Positives: Rucker
Negatives: Bell
