Free agent linebacker Clark Haggans is set to visit with the Browns today.  The Browns are looking for a pass-rush complement to Kamerion Wimbley.  Haggans has spent his entire seven-year career with the Pittsburgh Steelers and has collected 32-and-a-half sacks during that time.
