Posted in From: Cleveland.com The Browns today signed rookie receiver Paul Hubbard off their practice and signed third-year tight end John Madsen. The Browns also signed linebacker David Holloway to the practice squad and placed tight end Steve Heiden (knee) and linebacker Beau Bell (knee) on injured reserve.
